On Tuesday, 11 November at 12.30 we will be discussing the role that universities have to play in preparing students for their future careers and how they can help to ensure that students are fully equipped to start a fulfilling and rewarding career.

On Wednesday, 12 November at 12.00 we will hear what businesses are looking for in graduates and you will be able do discuss with them about things you can do to best prepare yourself for the world of work and whether they think universities are doing enough.

Online survey

We asked students from the region about their views on how colleges and universities can or should help students to get the job they want in the future. Those that have taken this short survey by 4 November provided us with important data for our research across 15 countries in Eastern and Southern Europe and Central Asia. One lucky winner from Serbia taking part in the survey will win an iPod nano. The winner will be announced on this page by 18 November.
