Creative Leaders Academy is a programme of cultural and creative leadership in the Western Balkans, developed under the EU funded ‘Culture and Creativity for the Western Balkans’ project (CC4WBs), implemented by UNESCO, British Council and the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS), and delivered by Cultural Associates Oxford
(CAO).
Through this 6-weeks programme we hope to create regional exchange in the cultural and creative sectors in the Western Balkans by enhancing participants’ skills through training, mentoring and creating a space for regional networking and collaboration.
Academy participants will meet some of the leading thinkers, experts, industry leaders and creatives from the cultural and creative industries who will all share their stories and ideas about their creative leadership practice and journeys.
Creative Leaders Academy will be delivered by a cultural leadership training provider—Cultural Associates Oxford (CAO). The Academy will cover the following areas: general cultural management, business and strategic planning, communication, audience development and engagement, entrepreneurial skills, and exposure to international best practices.
