Winners Coding Challenge 2019

On November 29 in Zrenjanin, we held the third competition in programming on micro: bit devices. 19 teams from Serbia elementary schools competed on this Coding challenge. One of the teams from the elementary school "Matija Gubec" from Donji Tavankut won. Second place went to the elementary school "Miroslav Antic" from Palić, while third place went to the elementary school "Kizur Ištvan" from Subotica.

Students Ognjen Berberović and Stefan Saulić made a winning project called "Klon Gupčeve lipe - phenological meteorological measurements". By winning the competition, they were given the opportunity to participate in a regional competition to be held at the Digital Summit for the Western Balkans, in April 2020 in Tirana.

Attendants on the opening ceremony were Sian Mecleod, ambasador for Great Britain in Serbia and Milan Pašić, assistant of Minister for Preschool and Primary Education in the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development.
